How to make a bouquet, romantic design

This Romantic Design bouquet is particularly appealing to me as it reflects the style of many of my hand-tied bouquets and the unique ways any of us, florist or non-florist, can select a special vessel and a grouping of flowers and foliage and turn them into a work of art.
